Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EasyReports (the "Service"), provided by FreightNI Ltd ("FreightNI", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14742473), with registered address at Unit 2g Redwither Tower, Redwither Business Park, Wrexham, Wales, LL13 9XT, United Kingdom.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you meet this age requirement. The Service is intended for business use (e-commerce sellers, primarily on Amazon).
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account by emailing [email protected].
- One person or organisation per account. Sharing credentials with users outside your organisation is not permitted.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Bypass technical limitations, rate limits, or access controls.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service for purposes outside the intended use.
- Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access.
- Use the Service in violation of Amazon's terms of service or any third-party API terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscriptions, fees and trials
- The Service is offered on a Free tier and on paid tiers (Lite and Pro).
- Paid tiers include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel during the trial to avoid being charged.
- Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled.
- Prices are listed on our Pricing page in USD. VAT is applied at checkout where applicable.
- Subscriptions are billed and processed by Stripe, our payment processor.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Amazon Selling Partner integration
To use Lite and Pro features, you may link your Amazon Seller Central account using the official Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining valid SP-API credentials and authorisations.
- Compliance with Amazon's developer and seller policies.
- The accuracy of data you import or sync from Amazon.
We have no control over Amazon's services or APIs. Service interruptions caused by Amazon's side are outside our control and are not a basis for refund.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, content, designs, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of FreightNI Ltd and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your own data submitted to the Service.
7. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide the Service reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes affecting paid features will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Data derived from third-party APIs (including Amazon) is provided "as received" and may contain inaccuracies.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreightNI Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time via the Settings page or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay due fees, or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will retain or delete your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to active customers by email and posted on this page at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
